It has been a gift for me to be coached by Alecia. She has helped me look within myself to find healing and to process feelings and memories. So often I feel stagnant and unable to move forward. Through her coaching, I'm finding, I don't have to be stuck in one place for so long. By means of the steps we use in our sessions, I have been able to process and let go of some long held destructive beliefs. Alecia has helped me to recognize lies I allow the devil to feed me, and the truth of God's love and mercy. I leave our sessions with a renewed hope for my state in life.
